HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND SECURITY POLICY:


The philosophy of the HSES Management system is that policy is Stated, standards determined the level of performance needed to Realize the policy requirements, local procedures/work instructions and training of staff are put in place to enable compliance with Standards,. The standards are mandatory and generic, whereas the Procedures are optional and specific to the operations.

The HSES Steering Committee, comprising of the project manager, Area In charge and all heads, is responsible for over viewing the Implementation of the HSES Management System in the organization and has the following remits:

  • Provide policies, standards and guidance for their implementation

  • Establish performance objectives expectation for the Company and monitor progress for their implementation

  • Provide technical and administrative support when needed for the Effective attainment of these objectives

  • Ensure development implementation of procedures for compliance with legislative requirements

  • National Environment Quality Standards (NEQS).
